For over 25 years Shane Ormon Construction Management & Design, Inc. has been a well-respected general contractor in Mississippi. To that end, our vision and mission is to continue building personal relationships within a culture that is a profitable, and energetic place to work.

Shane Ormon CM&D is an "owner oriented" general contractor specializing in General Contracting, Design-Build, Construction Management, and Preconstruction Services. Over 75% of our yearly revenue each year comes from repeat customers, with continued growth. We are dedicated to meeting the specific needs of our client and delivering your project on time, on budget, and exceeding your expectations.

Based in Clinton, Mississippi, Shane Ormon CM&D has the strength and expertise to encompass all aspects of the commercial construction process throughout the State of Mississippi.

Shane Ormon
President + Founder

Shane serves as the President and Founder of the company and brings unique insight and expertise. He began his career in commercial construction over 40 years ago after earning a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Early on, Shane worked for some of the top General Contractors in Mississippi, learning and developing relationships that are still present today.  In 1999 Shane founded the company, and has spent the past 25 years growing it into one of the most well-respected contractors in the state. Shane’s design background, leadership, and industry experience allow the company to meet and surpass the expectations of our clients.  Shane resides in Clinton with his wife Theresa. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Grae Ormon
Vice President

Grae Ormon serves as the company’s Vice President and second licensed qualifying party. He is responsible for all Company operations and specifically oversees PreConstruction services, project estimating, and project management and financial objectives. Grae began his career with Entergy as a Civil/Structural Engineer at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, where he was responsible for designing, reviewing, approving, and contracting modifications to that plant up to 20 million in scope. Before working at Grand Gulf, Grae received a Bachelors of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Mississippi State University. Grae, his wife Taylor and daughter Louise and son Kamp reside in Clinton, MS. 

 
 

Pete Willis
Senior Project Manager

Pete Willis serves as the company’s Senior Project Manager and is an invaluable member of the core team. He is head of all field/construction operations, and also assist in pre-construction & project planning activities. His experience, problem solving skills and prioritization aid in his ability to effectively manage any project. Pete holds a degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Construction Engineering Science, and brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Pete and his wife Loren are proud parents of two children Parkes and Hayes and reside in Madison, Mississippi.

Anna Brunson
Operations Manager

With over 20 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources Benefits Administration, and Senior Supervisory positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. Anna manages all aspects of the office and client relations for Shane Ormon Construction Management/ Design Inc. She ensures the smooth operation of the business with her systematic approach, robust knowledge of office management and efficient handling of administrative business operations, policies and procedures with solid communication, and creativity. Anna resides in Clinton, Mississippi with her dog Biaggio. She stands strong in her faith, is an avid gardener and enjoys the outdoors.

  • Collins Ormon / Project Manger

    Collins graduated from Mississippi State University in 2025. Where he studied Building Construction Science. Collins grew up in the business. He has experience working at SOCMD and ICM as an intern where he was already responsible for overseeing large scale projects. Collins brings a unique ability to the company to enhance our ability to operate the most advanced softwares in the industry including BIM and CAD.

  • Charles Byrd / Superintendent

    Charles has decades of experience and is well respected within the industry. His strong communication, and high paced productivity make him a necessity in the success of a project. Determined and skillful in his trade, Charles is an asset to the team. He currently resides in Pearl with his wife Debbie.

  • Gary Stringer / Superintendent

    Gary proves to conquer the changes in an evolving industry. He is prepared and thorough and is safety conscious. With a hands on approach he assesses the resources needed for project completion. He has strong analytical and communication skills. Gary lives in Raymond with his wife of 20+ years, April. They have three children.

  • James Sebren /Superintendent

    James Brings over 30 years of construction experience to Ormon CM&D Team. James loves hard work and has a gift of leading others around him to a common goal. James has prior experience owning and operating different construction trade businesses, and is an asset to the company and everyone he supervises.
